David has been on the committee since 2010 when he was Packet Secretary for 5 years, and since 2015 he has served the club as Trading Secretary. Throughout the year, he looks at and buys various collections and this helps to put new material onto the tables. David also arranges to get rid of unwanted material from the club and gives advice to the many who ask for the disposal of collections. Also, he arranges the auctions along with preparing stamps for sale on the website.
David’s endeavours have brought much impetus to the trading section and the club and honorary membership is well deserved.
